We talk all about resistance training and its applicability to the dance population. Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and a tremendous advocate for empowering women in strength sports.
We discuss everything from body image, building strength and combating so many of the stigmas that are prevalent regarding resistance training. BECAUSE IT'S OKAY TO BE STRONG. AND WEIGHTS WON'T MAKE YOU BULKY.
